"MTrading Lunar Gold Rush: Slither to the Richest!" Terms and Conditions

1. MTrading Lunar Gold Rush: Slither to the Richest!" campaign is a promotional campaign (hereafter - “Campaign”) organized by MTrading (ServiceComsvg LLC - hereafter “Company”).
2. The campaign is offered to the residents of Malaysia only.
3. This campaign will run from the 21st January 2025 until the 28th February 2025 UTC timezone (hereafter - “Campaign period”).
4. The campaign is open for new and existing MTrading clients only.
5. Clients must make a minimum deposit of 100 USD to enroll and accumulate a trade 0.5 lot to qualify for 1 ticket.
6. Clients must accumulate at least 5 lots via trading throughout the duration of the campaign period.
7. The Campaign offers two independent lucky draws. One draw is exclusively for the top 3 traders on the leaderboard. All remaining participants are automatically entered into a second, separate lucky draw. The winning is solely subject to chance and entirely based on luck.
8. Client is eligible to participate in 1 prize lucky draw only. Once a client wins a prize, his name will be removed from the further prizes lucky draw rounds in this campaign.
9. The winners will be announced during a live broadcast on Facebook (local MTrading Page).
10. The promotional campaign is valid for M.PREMIUM and M.PRO accounts only.
11. The Rewards are considered as an EXTRA and will not impact Revenue Share commissions.
12. The prize value includes all expenses, listed in table 1.
13. Prize winners agree to participate in the campaign-related publicity and marketing activities organized by MTrading, including interviews, photos, and public announcements through various media channels. In such cases, MTrading agrees not to disclose the winner’s personal information (such as the name, the last name and contact info) without the winners’ prior consent.
