"Profit Power" Contest Terms & Conditions

"Profit Power" is a trading contest among M.Traders in Vietnam, where profitable trades offer talented traders the chance to win and receive guaranteed cash prizes. Please see the detailed terms and conditions below.

"Profit Power" is a contest organized by ServiceComsvg LLC (the Company) for its Clients under the following terms:

1. By registering for the "Profit Power" contest (the Contest), the Client acknowledges that he or she has read and agreed to be bound by the Terms and Conditions as well as the Company Terms and Conditions.
2. The Contest is active from June 1, 2024 to June 30, 2024.
3. The Company will announce the list of winners through our social media channels within one week after the Contest ends and will transfer the guaranteed cash prizes to the winners’ wallets within one week from the announcement date.
4. The Contest is only applicable to newly created and verified MT4 M.Premium accounts.
5. MT4 account used to participate in this Contest cannot be used to participate in other company promotions.
6. Each Client is eligible to use one MT4 M.Premium account to register for the Contest.

1. Clients register for the Contest by clicking on the button “Join Now” in Trader’s Room promotions.
2. Clients open a new MT4 M.Premium account, and select a deposit level via the Registration Form provided by his/her Account Manager, with corresponding coefficients for each deposit level as follows:

After registering by filling out the Form, Clients must meet the deposit amount according to the chosen deposit level and begin trading.

Valid trades are those that meet all the following requirements:

1. Trades are opened after the Client has registered for the Contest and deposited according to the chosen deposit level.
2. Trades are closed before 23:59 on June 30, 2024.
3. Only profitable GOLD trades will be counted for scoring.

E.g: A Client selects the deposit level 2 with the Coefficient = 0.3, deposits $3000, and executes 03 trades as follows:

• BUY GOLD: Open price at 2420, close price at 2424.5. Score = (2424.5 - 2420) x 0.3 = 1.35 points.
• SELL GOLD: Open price at 2424.5, close price at 2420. Score = (2424.5 - 2420) x 0.3 = 1.35 points.
• SELL GOLD: Open price at 2420, close price at 2424.5. Score = 0 (because this is a loss).

Total Score = 1.35 + 1.35 = 2.7 points.

1. After registering for the Contest, Participants need to deposit the required amount (following the chosen Deposit Level) into the registered MT4 account in a single transaction (accumulated deposits are not accepted). Deposits made before registration are not considered valid.
2. Participants are not allowed to withdraw the initial amount (the total amount deposited into the registered MT4) during the Contest. Participants can withdraw profits.
3. Participants can deposit more than the required amount to participate in the Contest, but the scoring coefficient remains unchanged (it will only apply based on the initially chosen deposit level and coefficient).
4. If Participants wish to change their deposit level and scoring coefficient, they must close all open trades on the registered MT4 account and acknowledge that all trades made before changing the deposit level will not be counted. Participants must make an additional deposit if the new deposit level exceeds the total amount previously deposited into the registered MT4 account, and continue trading with the score recalculated from the beginning.

1. Only Gold trades are considered valid for scoring.
2. The Contest does not impose a minimum time for opening orders; all profitable Gold trades will be scored based on the stated scoring rules.
3. Clients can apply for a Deposit bonus during participation.

• 1st Prize: 2000 USD
• 2nd Prize: 1000 USD
• 2 Third Prizes: 500 USD/winner
• 6 Consolation Prizes: 100 USD/winner

1. At all times, ServiceComsvg LLC reserves the right to amend, change, or cancel this Contest without any prior notice to current or prospective promotion participants.
2. If the Company suspects that a Contest participant has abused or attempted to abuse a Contest or otherwise acted with a lack of good faith towards MTrading, MTrading’ reserves the right to deny, withhold, or cancel any given prizes from the company side, and, if necessary, to cancel any terms and conditions of this Contest and client agreement with respect to that Contest participant, either temporarily or permanently, or to terminate that participant`s access to the services and/or block that participant`s account(s).
3. Trading in the CFD markets entails significant risk. Participation in the CFD markets should not be undertaken unless the Trader is fully aware of and understands the risks involved in trading. Participation in this Contest should not be a motivating factor when considering participation in the CFD markets.
4. It is the responsibility of the client to ensure that all applicable taxes and fees on the prizes in their country are paid.
5. In case of any ambiguity conflict or inconsistency between different translations of these Terms, the Vietnamese version shall prevail.
6. Any unforeseen circumstances arising during the Contest that fall outside the provisions of these Terms and Conditions will be at the sole discretion of MTrading for resolution.

“Company” – The ServiceComsvg LLC (“ServiceComsvg LLC”), registered at PO Box 2897, Euro House, Richmond Hill Road, Kingstown, Saint Vincent And The Grenadines, VC0100.

“Participant” – An Account user who applied for the "Profit Power" contest and registered via the Form.

“Winner” – A Contest Participant who is in the top 10 participants with the highest scores.

“Guaranteed Cash Prizes” – A cash prize that the company deposits to the Winners’ wallets.
