“Trade Gold, Win Gold” Terms & Conditions
- “Trade Gold, Win Gold” is a promotional campaign (hereafter - “Campaign”) organised by MTrading (Finvest Solutions Limited - hereafter “Company”). Campaign names may vary in countries.
- Campaign’s name is represented as “MTrading Golden Touch: Trade to Win” in Malaysia only.
- Campaign’s name is represented as “In GOLD We Trust” in India and Vietnam only.
- The campaign is offered to the residents of Malaysia, India and Vietnam only.
- This campaign will run from the 20th September 2023 until the 20th November 2023 UTC timezone (hereafter - “Campaign period”).
- The campaign is for MTrading Clients only.
- The winners will be determined by the lucky draw during a live broadcast on Facebook (local MTrading Pages) in the 4 weeks after the campaign ends.
- Client is eligible to participate in 1 prize lucky draw only. Once a client wins a prize, his name will be removed from the further prizes lucky draw rounds in this campaign.
- Client must accumulate a trade 0.5 lot using gold instrument to qualify for 1 Lucky Draw Ticket throughout the campaign period.
- Client must accumulate at least 5 lots via trading throughout the duration of the campaign period.
- The promotional campaign is valid for M.PREMIUM and M.PRO accounts.
- The Rewards are considered as an EXTRA, and will not impact Revenue Share commissions.
- The Rewards list is separate for each country.
- The prize value includes all expenses, listed in table 1. Including gold bar purchase cost on the day of lucky draw broadcast, delivery cost and all other expenses, which might occur during the prize preparation and delivery. Prizes value can be credited to winners’ Trader’s Room wallet in case the client confirms it.
- Prize winners agree to participate in the campaign-related publicity and marketing activities organised by MTrading, including interviews, photos, and public announcements through various media channels. In such cases, MTrading agrees not to disclose the winner’s personal information (such as the name, the last name and contact info) without the winners’ prior consent.
